CROCKER PARK- - GROUNDS POSITION -

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in annual planting and maintenance of landscape areas (watering, pruning, weeding, etc.)

Assist in the installation and repair of various types of hardscape features.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including pressure washing, picking up litter, and emptying trash cans.

Help with the installation and removal of holiday decorations.

Participate in the set-up and execution of special events.

Maintain work areas and equipment.

Be watchful for security related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the property

Qualifications:

Must be good at working with your hands.

Must be a self-starter with a team-oriented personality.

Must be flexible with work schedule including working weekends, holidays, and events.

Must be a good communicator.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather.

Must have valid driver’s license.
