We are currently hiring smiling faces for our Seasonal Guest Services Representatives position for the upcoming Holiday Season (November 23 thru January 5).

Responsibilities of the position will include the following areas of work with a combination of indoor and outdoor assignments:

• Train Conductor
  • The Train Conductor will be required to process payments and safely transport guests around Crocker Park.
  • The train will run outdoors daily, weather dependent.
• Guest Services/Gift Card Sales
  • Guest Services will be trained to sell gift cards, train tickets, ensure the work area is in order and tools are accounted for.
• Santa’s House Welcoming Crew
  • Santa’s Helpers will be trained to keep guest counts, maintain the line and capacity, and keep records of total guest counts daily.
• All seasonal employees will be trained on the different areas and may be asked to perform other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly and outgoing. Must be a team player and willing to be flexible in order to provide the highest level of customer service. It is top priority that all guests are treated with courtesy and respect. Guest Services experience is preferred. If there is an issue that cannot be immediately resolved, a Guest Services Representative should be able to direct the customer in the right direction.
