CROCKER PARK-                                     Full time- GROUNDS POSITIONS-

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the planting of annuals and other plant material
• Assist in maintaining plant material and landscape areas including watering, pruning, and weeding
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including pressure washing, picking up litter, and emptying garbage cans
• Maintain grounds work areas (shop and project areas)
• Help with the installation and removal of tree lights and holiday decorations
• Participate in the set-up and execution of special events
• Be watchful for security related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the property

• Qualifications:
• Must be good at working with your hands.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, team oriented personality.
• Must be flexible with work schedule including working weekends, holidays, and events
• Must be a good communicator
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather
• Must have valid driver’s license
