Job Summary:
The Sales & Sponsorship Manager plays a key role in generating revenue through strategic sales and brand partnerships across Stark Enterprises’ commercial and residential portfolio. This individual will identify and secure advertising, sponsorship, specialty leasing, and brand activation opportunities while delivering exceptional client experiences. Working collaboratively across departments, this role directly supports marketing initiatives that drive engagement, enhance community presence, and strengthen overall business growth.
Essential Functions:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Generate revenue from all available ancillary sources across Stark Enterprises properties (e.g., signage advertising, sponsorships, pop-ups).
- Identify new revenue opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure revenue aligns with company and property financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and tenants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate proposals and contracts to ensure profitability and favorable terms for the company.
- Manage a database of prospects and expand the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
Contracting & Internal Collaboration
- Present all agreements for internal review to ensure accuracy and secure required approvals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Accounting to ensure proper execution and delivery of all client obligations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of partner activations and signage.
Specialty Leasing & Property Activations
- Manage pop-up, temporary, and small-scale leases (under 1,000 sq. ft.), including tenant sourcing, lease negotiation, and turnover coordination.
- Assist with planning and execution of on-site events to ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
- Act as a liaison to maintain property standards and advertising installations.
Community Engagement & Business Development
- Represent Stark Enterprises at community and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Proactively identify potential advertisers and sponsors through local outreach and relationship building.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Oversee invoicing and ensure timely collection of outstanding revenue.
- Track performance, sales metrics, and maintain accurate records of agreements and deliverables.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel locally as needed; valid driver’s license required.
