As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support both Eton Chagrin Blvd and Stark Living’s residential communities while contributing to Stark Enterprises’ broader marketing initiatives. Your role will center on driving traffic, strengthening brand presence, and supporting strategic marketing efforts across multiple platforms and audiences.
At the enterprise level, you will collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Communications on planning, branding, and promotional strategies that span Stark Enterprises’ full portfolio. This highly visible role requires strong marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure Eton Chagrin Blvd thrives as a premier destination, Stark Living communities remain well-positioned, and Stark Enterprises maintains a strong presence across markets.
Essential Functions:
Eton Chagrin Blvd:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns with retail and office tenants, monitoring performance and results.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact, managing tenant relations, social media, and event operations, in collaboration with the management team.
- Manage social media channels by publishing content, engaging with tenants and guests, and monitoring page performance.
- Develop and oversee marketing collateral (property signage, website copy, promotional materials) to ensure consistent branding.
- Plan and execute communications campaigns that enhance visibility and success of the property.
- Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and newsletters for internal and external audiences.
- Represent the property at community and tenant events; build relationships with influencers, media, and guests to secure story placements.
- Execute sales and sponsorship programs to drive traffic and generate non-traditional revenue.
Stark Living (Residential Portfolio):
- Act as the primary liaison between Stark Living communities and the in-house Ad Agency, ensuring marketing requests are submitted, tracked, and completed on time.
- Coordinate marketing materials for leasing offices, events, and promotions to maintain brand consistency across all Stark Living properties.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media content, and Internet Listing Service (ILS) accuracy.
Stark Enterprises (Companywide):
- Partner with the Vice President of Marketing on companywide projects, research, and coordination across commercial and residential portfolios.
- Support the execution of corporate-developed marketing initiatives and community-based programs.
- Serve as the social media content provider for Stark Enterprises and Stark Living, creating, publishing, and monitoring content that aligns with brand standards and engages target audiences.
Other:
- Demonstrate the company’s core values consistently.
- Complete all additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or company.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing and communications trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel locally as needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for tasks such as transporting marketing materials or event supplies. Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the day while conducting marketing events and attending meetings.
