Stark Living is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. Potential for Monthly Bonus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is customer service focused with a team-oriented mindset, detailed, organized and dependable.

• Physically able to lift and operate heavy equipment/materials
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and preventive maintenance
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Emergency on-call rotation

Benefits:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week position, 1st shift, Monday - Friday
• Compensation range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus monthly commission opportunities
• Occasional overtime may be approved
